Congratulations to Miranda and her team at the Litchfield Hampton Inn! This week, they earned their 9th consecutive "Outstanding" rating on Hilton's Quality Assurance inspection. These inspections occur twice per year and evaluate the hotel's overall customer service scores, cleanliness, and operations. The overall outstanding score came in at 96.5%. The overall score is broken down into three key sections: cleanliness 97.9%, condition 91%, and brand standards 99.7%. Great job to all of our team members at Litchfield for a continued job well done!! |
